LILO CONSULTANTS was born from a blend of personal perseverance, cross-sector experience, and the strategic foresight of a forward-thinking professional, Mrs. Ni Luh Suarni. Her career journey began in 1996 through a collaboration with a foreign professional, Mr. Rory Mctiernan, in the fields of business management, accounting, and taxation. This early engagement laid the foundational knowledge and practical competencies that would later shape the core pillars of LILO CONSULTANTS.

Mrs. Ni Luh advanced her professional development by pursuing a law degree following her initial education in economics. In the early 2000s, she launched a business consulting and licensing firm under the name Indonesian Trade Design, which subsequently evolved into the Indonesian Trade Centre in 2004 through collaboration with two experts in taxation and accounting.
